Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we only provide service to the continental United States.

Shipping costs?

Shipping is free if your order is over $300 (inclusive) and an additional $20 postage fee for orders under $300.

Processing time for cabinet orders and  deadline?

After we receive your order, we generally process your order and ship curtain within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 8: 00 pm on weekdays will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the first business day of the following week.

What is the solution for the order processing time is too long?

More than 5 business days we haven’t processed the order and we will either give you a refund but not ship it, or arrange for it to ship and compensate with a $10  cabinets coupon.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We appreciate your support of our business and American manufacturing during this time. Both our factory and shipping departments are taking every precaution in line with health recommendations to ensure that proper safety and hygiene protocols are used at every step related to your shipment.

Once an order is placed, the product will enter its estimated production lead time which will be available on product pages and your order confirmation. The production time is estimated, and typically includes a range based on our average production times for the fixtures at the time. Once production is complete, we will ship the order from our factory. Shipping time is estimated at 2-8 business days.

Please understand that we are working with a very limited staff to ensure community safety. If any delays are expected with your order, someone from our remote Customer Care team will be in touch.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order is complete and shipped, we will send a notification to the email on file with the tracking information, and a link to the tracking page. We ship orders via UPS. Tracking information will also be attached to your order on your account page. You can log in to your account to check your order status and see your tracking if your order has shipped.

Tracking information is usually not active until the day after it is sent. Our carriers need time to scan the packages into their distribution centers for that tracking to become active.

How can I find tracking information?

Tracking information will be emailed to you the same day your order ships.

Who is responsible for taxes?

Because orders sent to the continental United States do not involve tariffs for the time being, we do not bear any taxes.

What is the solution for long shipping time?

If the product has not been delivered to you within 30 calendar days, we will refund or reship your order.

What is the solution for lost cargo?

We will not be liable for compensation if this cabin product is lost or lost in transit, but we will help you contact the logistics company for compensation.

My order is missing an item?

Check your packing slip and order to make sure the item shipped. We ship items as they become available, so it’s very possible you will receive multiple shipments on an order with multiple items.

If the item is on your packing slip and you still cannot locate it, contact customer support with your order number and let them know what item is missing. Our customer support team will attempt to locate the missing item, or will replace it if it can’t be found.

Missing items and shipping claims need to be filed within 30 days of the order being delivered. If the shipment is older than 30 days, a claim cannot be filed for a missing or lost item.
