Introduction

Triccabin customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order or if you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service at support@triccabin.com. All returns must be made via our shipping partners. Please see below for more detailed instructions and terms regarding returns.

The customer has the right to return an item if:

  • The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying triccabin within 30 days of delivery.
  • Cabinet product is unused and in original condition (including all curtain packaging and labels intact).
  • Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges without proof of purchase. But this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
  • If it is due to our Cabinet’s reasons such as the lack of cabinet products, damaged functions, etc., you need to provide relevant unpacking videos, product pictures, and we can refund or re-deliver the missing part of the product to you. The freight fee is borne by us; if it is the customer’s reason to return or exchange the product, such as dislike, unwilling, etc., we also support return and exchange within the validity period of product return and exchange, but the postage of return and exchange is borne by the customer, and we will not charge Relisting fee.

Packaging instructions

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the condition, you received it in. Please ensure that all the parts and the original product packaging and manual are included in the return shipment.

Please pack the item in its original or an equivalent shipping box.  

If you use the original packaging material, please remove old shipping labels, stickers and other notes. Also, use clear tape or a clear plastic sleeve.

Please note the following when packing the item for shipping:

Packaging

  • In addition to the product package, pack the item in a shipping box.
  • Use a high-quality cardboard box.
  • The item should not touch the box’s walls: leave enough room around it.
  • Place the extra packaging material between the product packaging and the shipping box to create a cushion layer.
  • The corners and sides of the box may need additional reinforcement.

Sealing

  • Use good tape.
  • Close the box and seal all seams.

Refunds

The price of returned products is always reimbursed according to the payment method used for the order. If the returned product has been used, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, triccabin has the right to charge a fee for loss of value up to the full price of the product.

We will make the refund within 2 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse. Product returns are processed in the order in which they arrive.

We make a refund decision after receiving the product. We do not accept returned products if:

  • After receiving the cabinet product, we detect defects in it or its packaging.

  • The cabinet is stained and damaged
  • Cabinet parts are missing

If faults are detected in the condition of the product, our customer service will contact you.

Cancellation order validity period?

We support cancellation within 30 minutes of placing an order, and temporarily do not support order cancellation after 30 minutes because the processed order cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile, and a refund will be made after the order is successfully cancelled. If you need to return or exchange the goods for your reasons, you need to return the goods after receiving the goods. We will refund the goods within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct. The freight is borne by the customer, and express delivery is not supported. 

Refund Processing Time?

For returns by mail, your account will be credited within 1 to 2 business days after we’ve received your qualifying triccabin.com return, in most cases, depending on your bank and/or billing cycle. Merchandise credits will be issued for eligible returns after we’ve received the return.

Claims

In case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please email us at support@triccabin.com within 3 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its package. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact us in advance, all returns and exchanges that have not been communicated in advance will not be processed.
